3-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your new timepiece! However, if things aren't quite right, we offer a 3-day return window from the moment your package is delivered.
The Essentials
To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet the following criteria:

Perfect Condition: The watch must be unworn, unscratched, and in its original "brand new" state.

Full Packaging: All boxes, manuals, protective films, and tags must be intact and included.

The 3-Day Rule: You must initiate your return request within 72 hours of delivery.
Important: Damage Claims
We take great care in packaging our watches, but if yours arrives damaged, we need to know right away. To claim a return for a damaged item, you must provide a continuous unboxing video. > Please film yourself opening the package for the first time. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the damage to the watch before it is removed from its original housing.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at wristersstore@gmail.com with your order number and your unboxing video (if applicable). Once we inspect the return, we’ll take care of your refund or exchange.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a clear unboxing video proves the item was damaged upon arrival.
